1. Which rules currently apply in Tirol?
- There are currently no Coronavirus measures in place in most areas of daily life (with the exception of high-risk settings such as hospitals).
- It is recommended that an FFP2 face mask should be worn in situations and settings where several people meet and are not able to practise social distancing.
- Since 1 August 2022 the mandatory period of self-isolation for people who have tested positive has been replaced by restrictions on movements and contacts.

2. FFP2 face masks. Who has to wear one and in which situations?
- A FFP2 mask is sompulsory in vulnerable settings (e.g. hospitals, care homes).
- People who have received a positive lateral flow test or PCR test are subject to restrictions on their movements and contacts. They must therefore wear an FFP2 face mask for a maximum of 10 days. (for more details see section "Staying healthy")
- It is recommended that an FFP2 face mask should be worn in situations and settings where several people meet and are not able to practise social distancing.
